yeah you’re required to have that second cat. i say go ahead and get the resonators removed from that shop. you would stay legal plus be louder than the invidia. the invidia would make you illegal plus it still has resonators. just my .02$. all up to you man! plus it would be cheaper to have the resonators cut out

resonator delete would give you both, just not as deep like a car removal.

I found a local shop that can do resonator delete for 120 and resonator and 2nd cat delete for 250. Honestly, they dont sound like they know what they are talking about..
