Default My custom carbon fiber intake

After extensive shopping for top quality parts.

Real Carbon Fiber pipe $85
XS Engineering - Blue Silicone coupler (turbo Kit quality) $10
XS Engineering - Blue 2.75-3.00 step Silicone coupler (turbo kit quality) $25
XS Engineering- Blue Vaccume hose $4
4 - Aluminum Billet hose clamps $15 each -$60
Blitz drop in filter $50

Digital cam changed the color of the Silicon couplers..it is actually purplish blue color

Finially got it the way I like it after 7 months of part search. I may have parts for a couple more intakes if anyone interested

Great mod, but what is the advantage of using carbon fiber? I hope the advantage isn't that it is lighter.

When you installed the intake, did your check engine light come on?

And if so, how did you solve?

Default Ditto, I would like those clamps too.........

Lex Luther,
Looks to me like its a big secret...........SSHHHHHHHHHHH! The name was on the clamps in the pic but he must have blurred it out? I would like to buy about 20 of those in various sizes.
