Default Is250 Intake Suggestions

Hello CL Fam,
I have a 2010 Lexus Is250 Awd and I was wondering what you guys have on your car for intakes. Im looking into the F-sport intake, idk the price on that but I've looked into the Takeda intakes and the price for that is like $420 CAD. Please let me know if you guys know of any intake options for a lower price point.
Thanks in advance

Keep it stock unless your looking for noise. I'd rather spend the cash on upgrading the suspension on the AWD.

I have the f-sport intake with the air box and the joe Z intake tube. My buddies complement the intake when they hear it compared to their cars.

Other intakes you can check out:

Buy the one I designed lol. Thinking about making it with a aluminum tube. Whole kit with fittings and couplers $120 maybe

I just installed the RR Racing intake with a F sport box. So far I like the sound when accelerating. I got the intake from offer up for 1/2 the cost. I’ve seen a Takeda intake previously on Facebook Market but it’s once in awhile....

Did you have to get the RR racing tune to go with the intake tube or does it work good on its own, with no cel?

Sorry for the late reply - we recommend our ECU Tune in combination with the Intake/Filter. You'll see +22whp gains, better throttle response and you'll save some $$ as a package deal

Default Intake

I would get the megan racing or k & n filter..... then drill a hole size of a loonie or toonie on the lower part of the air box housing and there u go.... u got got ur self the F spor filter for a fraction of price.

U will see..... it sounds amazing with the hole in it. ..
that's exactly what I did to dy car...... but I have since drilled few more holes on the box and it sounds more amazing.... just make sure u drill holes below the actual filter.

Are you talking about the air box where the filter would usually be?
