Default Vsc light

So my lights have been going on for the past week and shutting off. I know that’s abs is my breaks right? Well it’s weird because this will happen and then my gps screen goes out and then flickers back on! Do you think this is all the same problem or some electrical tonight? Maybe sensors?

I think mine was on because of a burned ECU - sent it out for repair a few days ago. Could also be my wiring harness.

My GS300 is now displaying those lights along with a CEL which left my wife stranded on roadside. Ran my Scan Tool after getting car home and got a P1125 code. I replaced the lever assembly throttle sensor with no luck. About to replace throttle control actuator.
