In addition, here is a SAE Technical Paper on the development of the 2GR-FSE D4-S system between Toyota, Yamaha, Denso, and Nippon Soken. Should be a good read for the tech-savvy folks.

I stumbled upon my old Excel chart and added a few more engines (UR truck engines & 3GR) as well the advertised compression ratio. The torque of the truck engines is impressive.
