Default Increasing Power in my is200t?

I知 looking to do some mods to my car to increase 0-60 speeds. I see a ton of threads with tunes, exhausts, intakes etc but I知 not sure what the most effective single upgrade would be.

Does anyone have a good source of data? That compares power output and 0-60 times stock to the same car with a tune? With an exhaust? With both?

Also, how safe is a tune for the car? Will it lower the reliability? Does it turn off safety features that would currently prevent me from breaking something or blowing the engine?

I致e never done any performance mods to a car but I just want this car to move a little quicker. Any suggestions would be great!

I am in the same boat you are, i am personally leaning towards a full tune like Orange Virus Tuning (over a piggyback tune) because for nearly the same money you will get a lot better power, however the only thing at this point hold me back is making sure i can quickly uninstall it before i take the car to any dealer as that could void the warranty. (i used to be an OEM service tech) Usually, at most OEMs, they are cool as long as you don't have the tune on the car when it comes in if they have to hook up their scan tool for diag. The nice thing with OV-Tuning from what i am reading is that they address both the engine and the transmission for around $640.00 and that is about 1/2 the price of TTI's tune.... Also, i think he was able to reduce the 30% throttle pedal lag....i think (somebody correct me if I am wrong on that). Anyways that or even the TTI tune would defiantly be your best horsepower for the lowest amount of money apples to apples. After that, you might want to consider an intake charge pipe k&n filter and if you can stand the louder exhaust, a high-flow cat downpipe but all that would be a lot more money. Honestly as far as the downpipe its best to wait anyways and already have a tune/software options in my opinion.

where are you based in? as i am currently residing in south east asia. I just got my new is 300 f (with the 200t engine) and am planning to tweak around with the performance. Other than tuning which I have been researching on for quite a while now and am fond of purchasing OV tuning.

I am planning to get other performance parts such as intake system, exhaust systems etc. If any one wants to suggest on what brands and parts that could help in the performance bit.

The exterior of the car will come next. Where i am still thinking of getting a full seibon kit or the ark solus performance kit.

Do advice as im still running it stock

Thanks!!!
