Is250 knock correction learn values

I've finally got a chance to run some Shell V Power. First run was still a mix of 50/50 Chevron, and Shell. I could butt dyno feel a difference once I got up on it. Last night again I filled up from half a tank so now I'm running almost all shell power. One thing I noticed is that may long term fuel trims at idle are getting better than before. The car definitely feels like it has more grunt while driving.
While reading this online so it basically means that it has more octane than rated at the pump? Example for 91-93 at the pump. Its actually 95-98 RON???

Update: Jan 3 2020
After sending Fusion customer service many emails back and forth. Along with debug logs from the Bluetooth, and WIFI adapters. They came to the conclusion that it's the adapters themselves. Being cheap elm 327 clones probably.
I would say they did respond with me well ASAP.
In all I emailed them back and requested compatible known adapters that will see the Enhanced PIDs correcctly. I really want to see my KCLV, and KFBV.
Edit 1/24/20: I purchased a VEEPEAK BLE all is working well.
