Your IS300 has the 2GR-FSE, correct? We do not have the stock calibration for your vehicle. We would need to read the calibration directly from your engine control module. What is the part number on your ECM? The part number should be 89661-53T60 or 89661-53T50.

Whats up d3Performance . Thanks for posting your tune. How much is the cost of that tune? Also are these tuned to take in consideration a drop in filter and Axel back or Catback exhausts on IS350s. Another question, Even though I live pretty far from u guys (Georgia) how much do you guys charge to tune one at ur place.?

Most importantly can you please post video on youtube and share how to work your tuner? from Step 1 plugging to finishing tune and also How to go back to OEM if needed. That will give some one confident if we wanna buy this tune over the RR or the OV. IF you have videos of DYNO runs and gains as well that would be great.

Hi, just wondering the 30HP gain claimed on the https://d3performance.net/ website for a 2GR-FKS equiped IS350(311hp) is an actual measured HP gain atw on a IS350 or a projected gain vs a 2GR-FKS equiped Camry (300hp) meaning an actual net gain of only 19HP in the IS350 application? And also is it possible to get clarity on the specific cold air intake used as changing intakes on our cars show zero gains and poor throttle response from my research on this forum..

cheers

P.S I’m really interested in this product just want to see a HP vs $$ factor before committing funds.

All HP numbers are measured at the wheel using our loaded chassis dyno. The Camry was tuned from the factory for 87 octane fuel. The IS350 was tuned to use 91 octane. Also, you are comparing a 2GR-FSE to a 2GR-FKS.

The Camry has an AEM cold air intake. The IS350 had a DC Sport intake, we did not like this one since it was basically a hot air intake.

The nGauge tuner will cost $500-$600 depending on the vehicle. Tunes for intake and exhaust will be included. If you come to Houston, we could do a custom tune for your vehicle for and additional $200. If you have just simple bolt on parts, this would not be needed.

Here is a brief video we put on Facebook that shows the nGauge in action. Dyno sheets and videos are also on our page.

Another Question for d3Performance. My state has 93 Octane gas. How many different types of tunes do you add on that nGauge. Do you have 93 octane tune on there as well? (As a side note: have you comapred yours to OV or RR.? ) Main reason I am leaning towards you guys is that you keep RPM same. Which is essential for longevity of the engine.

We will have tune versions for 87 and 93 octane preloaded on the nGauge. 91 octane tunes will be available via our tuning software.

You also mentioned on your website. Cold air tune has more power then stock air box tune. But I am not sure if our cars have cold air intake (that literally has a cone and runs down to the ground like Honda). It just has a different pipe but filter box stays the same with high flow filter upgraded. Can Cold air tune be used with this setup? or do you specifically mean whole cold air intake setup has to be there for it to actually give the mentioned HP gain.

The idea is that your IATs are lower with a CAI, thus you can advance timing and make more power.
In addition to that, we also take advantage of the additional airflow the intake provides at WOT.

@d3Performance what cold air intake are you using for these tunes? I need a part # and manufacturer; I am looking at buying your tune.
