TANABE SHM Exhaust

This exhaust will work for the GS300 as well, right?

The Hyper Medallions mount at a point common to the GS3 and GS4, right after the middle resonator. If the Super HM are the same basic design then they will fit both [98+].

It fits all 98+ GS. It mounts after the CC then branches ('Y') out to two resonators and then connects to the mufflers.
