Did all production years of the is300 come with the 5 speed manual?

No, the stick was not available for the first couple (I think two) years of production for the IS - only the automatic.

For the sedan, e-Shift automatic only transmission for 2001, 2002 and up available with stick or auto. Not sure about the SportCross.

yup, 5 speed only starting from 2002

i believe all sportcross are auto?

No. 2002 was the first model year of production for the 5 speed manual gearbox (sedan only).
