Default Rear main seal fix issues

Alright I'll start by saying I have a 99 Lexus Gs300 with 197k miles. Now it was leaking oil and the rear main seal was the culprit I just fixed it and now I have zero leaks. I noticed when im coming off a stop I have to give it more gas in order for it to actually accelerate I only experience this when at a dead stop and take off. After that it gets up and goes. Does anyone have an idea?
SOLVED.
Turned out to be a P0330 knock sensor.
