@d3Performance I have a few questions, I'd appreciate your time...
I have an Orange Virus Tune but the customer support is poor. I've had this about 13 months now but never received any follow up tunes which was part of the purchase. I am considering switching to D3.
Do you know what, if any differences are between OVT and your tune? - If not it's okay (your customer service seems to be worth the switch as it is)
Does your tune include a transmission tune?
Do you provide additional tunes after purchase?
Finally, I have a 2018 RC300 F Sport with an Injen Intake, TTi Muffler Delete, PPE catless downpipe, Invidia Midpipe (catless) and Invidia Axlebacks. I have a really annoying burr/drone between 2000-2500 RPMS due to I believe the transmission always shifting between these points. Unless I'm slamming my foot on the pedal, this drone doesn't go away. If I'm in manual mode, it actually sounds pretty good. Would a tune help with any of this?
Reached d3 by email, they said a new tuning device was going to be issued with their tunes. I'm going to probably make the switch from OVTune. Anyone else do this already?

Interesting, I found the post on their Facebook page that the NGauge tuner that my tune came on is no longer being made. I haven't looked at it since the initial load of the tune but looking forward to see what they are going to use next.
I flashed back to stock to feel the difference because it's been a minute and wanted to flash back to one of the maps.
When I flashed back to stock, Sport and Sport+ mode were not selectable. I am assuming disconnect negative terminal for a few minutes, reconnect and reset the ECU and it should be available again?

Yep, disconnecting the negative terminal worked and Sport/Sport+ was back.
Since California is checking CAL ID for stock ECU tunes and failing anyone with an aftermarket tune, is there anyway I can export the backed up stock tune from the performance tuner device?
I want to keep a copy just in case, but also is there any other open source software that I can use to flash back to stock if the performance tuner device is ever broken?
