You pull heads off donor 2GR yet?
Not yet, been extremely busy with other things. But I'm looking into doing that tomorrow. I was waiting to have everything before starting the process , which i do now.

I've tried one of those throttle bodies, you will need to get a tune for it as the ecu will struggle to learn how to drive and idle. I have had luck with a ported throttle body. The stock upper manifold can be opened up to 74mm, I had maxbore open up a stock throttle body to match and I had no drivability issues.

I don't know what the exact gains are. I do know that a larger throttle body and adapter was a near negligible gain in peak mad values. Larger throttle body and a modified upper gave me noticable gains in peak maf values but I want able to do proper back to back comparisons. I believe my before average peak maf values were mid 250s, I have seen low 260s since the changes.

Default Crankshaft & water pump pulleys

Has anyone looked into crankshaft& water pump pulleys? Nonstoptuning has them for the 2GR-FE,and I am pleased with them in my Highlander.
Don't know if the 2GR-FSE has different pulleys, but I would be glad to provide pictures of the stock pulleys for those interested.

You might get a check engine light once or twice in the first 50-75 miles with the Tundra throttle body. Just clear it, and should eventually go away.

Default Another update!!

Sorry for the large time gap between updates , been busy with other things as of late. But another update is that the lower intake manifold is ported and was opened up 5mm over stock. I don't remember the the final size , but the difference is 5mm. I will post more updates as soon as I can ! 🙏🏼

I noticed a sizeable difference between the head and lower intake port. Port matching is awesome with so much room to work with.

We really need this, more power! I'm tired of getting beat by Q50 3.0Ts and 3.7s and 4cyl turbo Mustangs and.....

With d3performance.net and their future software, I could finish my plans for my GS350t.......

Better pictures please. How is the TB plumbed/what does the air path look like from TB to air plenum and is this sitting on the OEM lower intake?
