This is for the 4.0 liter
Update: filled up the empty reservoir, capped it stated the engine. At first it was fine ran at a way more higher rpm than usual. It also took alot longer to come back down to 1000 rpm.

By this time my temp gauge was rising slowly but surely. Shut it off looked under engine bay and found a small pool of pink fluid on drivers side of tray. I can't find the leak itself but I can see coolant. I believe it's time for a new rad I can't locate the hole but it could also be loose hose can anyone tell me where the hose for bottom of radiator connects if it's on left side bottom then it's the hose.

Any suggestions?

Not sure on the 1 or 3 UZ motor... on my 2UZ it's connects to the radiator (lower) on the right / passenger's side. However, if your coolant was low / out, chances are it didn't just evaporate, but rather leaked out and you should track this down before you loose what you put in and possibly damage your engine.
