Default "Cartoon Effect" with Photos
I saw this picture on a friends page but I have no idea how to do it in Photoshop. The cartoon look seems really cool

Any advice???

I tried a few different filters in Photoshop, but none really got that look. I agree, it's pretty cool. The closest I got was using some of the filters in Filter > Artiistic, Filter > Brush Strokes, and Filter > Sketch. He may have had a plug-in, so I agree, best bet is to just ask, maybe he can let you have that plug-in.

Tried it on my car...doesn't look as cool as the one with people...really easy to do with their instructions...

Brush strokes is the closest thing you can get to that pic on PS. Ill take a look at the other filters that i have
