Default Fun with the 2GS' rear

soooo. I got bored and created several "what if's" for the 2GS's rear end.

I have always prefered the look of the license plate being on the lower bumper as opposed to on the trunk. So i removed the inners and stuck it down there.

Then going with that idea, i saw more room to play with the inners

Alien GS anyone?

This one is just for laughs

And this is something im actually interested in trying as soon as i clear my 98-00 tails. I dont like how the cleared bar of the outters flows into the solid red inners so im thinking i could use a clear inner from ebay and overlay red over half of it... It looks like it could work, but as is, it looks kind of busy with the chrome trunk bar. comments welcome

interesting ideas...not really feelin the inner lights either going away or too many of them. the license plate goin down there though..maybe could work...but yea..the last one with the clear/red inners is an interesting look. i think that could work pretty well

Nice job on the chop but I'm not really feelin' any of them.

Here's one I did of my brother's car awhile back. It think this looks kind of intresting.

I've seen it done on a few GS'.

I see a Toyota Echo with Giantism of the Trunk

I agree that the Photoshop work is smooth, but I'm not diggin' any of the results. The half-clear lens are ah-ite tho.

1. seize, your bro has a good plate
2. i was thinking to do that w/the rear lid; until i check how much it'd cost!
3. i think it'd look really nice with v1 JP tails (not the LEDs)

Yeah, that's the same thing I was thinking...with the JP tails it would look much better!
