Default Do it yourself Wheel chops

You've probably downloaded a bootleg version of Photoshop from somewhere. so,

Tutorial for new photoshop users:
A few easy steps to cut a wheel and drag it over to another picture.

Select elliptical marquee tool. Make circle.
Right click circle, and select Transform Selection.

grab corners and edges, Drag, rotate, stretch the box.
After you have your wheel perfectly outlined, press ENTER.

Select the MOVE TOOL. Then select your wheel and drag it out of the window, onto the picture you want to chop.

after you've dragged the wheel to the next picture, press CTRL-T to "free transform" the wheel. You can drag, stretch, rotate, (similar to step 2 above) until the wheel fits.

you're probably dragging a low quality tiny wheel picture into a bigger picture.

make sure both pictures have similar dimensions.
