I have a blue pinstripe around the wheels, but im thinking of painting the whole lip blue. can someone photoshop it please?

you did a better job on the second one..not bad..instead of doing overlay though..try changing the color by using the image then color change option..usually you can yeild better results..would do it if my comp had photoshop..but the other one is down for now..=(

sall good..looks a lot better now! then u can mess with the contrast and such to better match the shadows and how the tint is like..good job!
