Folding Team Signature?

Folding Team Signature?
Can someone make me a folding team signature with a moving GIF?
Had in mind something fairly simple with a smaller version of the linked moving image below at ~ 100x 100 on the left or right side with "Join the Club Lexus Folding Team and help find a cure for cancer" on the right hand side. Can use the CL logo from my avatar as background if it works in there too.

OK with ditching the CL logo if it gets too cluttered
