any one knows how to add clouds into pic any linkes or help would be nice

Default Just drag in another picture with clouds as a layer

Just add the picture you want and then add a picture with clouds in it. Photoshop will show the two pictures as layers on the right side of your screen. Then, use a paintbrush to erase away the background of the sky you don't like, exposing the other layers clouds. Make sure you have the layers stacked properly.

I know to cut out the sky on a pict is annoying, so the best way is to use plugins
You should try Vertus Fluid Mask, it’s old, but effective. Same thing with Topaz Lab Mask.
but is you are planning to use this big time, take a look at Luminar 4, that software is shocking, take a look.
