Yeaaaaah, like I said, I suck at this... but I thought I would give it a try anyway. Sadly enough this is the best I can do, and it took me forever... Sorry Shannon!

Picture!!!
Here you wanted a pic, well here you go, sorry I look so scrubby, the previous night was a late one and I was tired as hell so I didn't feel like putting much effort into anything (including my appearance as you can see), and I also need my hair cut soooo bad. I got this with a digitial camera, I still can't get my damn scanner to work.

Much better than mine, good work! It sucks that you can't pick a color, and you can only adjust the color is was using the satuaration/hue otherwise if you don't do it that way you lose the reflection and lighting and stuff like that.

Here is my go at it. I tried to get the wheels you already had on there to bronze...it didn't work out too well.

mcnelson, what I did was used the polygon tool to trace around the body of the civic to create a copy of it to work with. I am using Adobe PhotoDelxue which is a dumbed down version of photoshop.
I have a "variations" tool where I added more red, yellow, magenta, etc until the color of the body looked close to bronze. Then I adjusted the hue, saturation, and lightness. I also went into the color balance and adjusted the three colors separately again. I found a picture of a bronze object online and had it sitting next to the civic to try and get the color as close a possible.
I just used the eraser tools to make the stickers white once I changed the color of the civic.
Your coloring looks just as good to me. The only thing is you colored the tires too.

The eraser over the decals wasn't bad at all. I just took one that would go over the decal in one swoop. I had a good margin of error that would not show up.

futuregs, can you do a write up on how you did the wheels? They looks great, and the quality is excellent - very little pixelation.
