Question Going with downpipes

I plan on getting PPE downpipes (catted) for my RC200T (AR-FTS).
Do I need to have my car tuned (ECU or piggyback) if im going to get aftermarket downpipes? Or am i able to drive with no issues without running a tune for awhile?
Everything is bone stock except for my turbo resonator and intake.
Another question I'll add - Do you recommend getting exhausts done first before getting the downpipes?

I would do exhaust first before downpipe especially in CA. We can help you with parts.

I was looking at the ARK GRIP Exhaust. Do you perhaps know the main differences between the resonated vs non-resonated? And any drawbacks to look for when picking one or the other?

Depends what you're going for but I'd personally get resonated. Ark is on sale right now too, shoot me a text and we'll get you taken care of.
