Question Sound not working in RC350 F sport (2015)

Please help! I lost the audio about 2 months ago. In the process, I tested both the amplifier (Mark Levinson) and the radio unit. Both came back good thanks to the NY based technicians at United Radio who did me a solid and paid for shipping 3 times. They are suggesting it could be a single speaker that went bad and is triggering the entire system to not have any sound or it could be the junction lines that communicate the amplifier and the radio that could be bad.

One thing I also noticed is the USB/cigarette lighter charger no longer charges or work which tell me this might be all related. I have checked all fuse boxes and no fuses are out. I am getting frustrated not being able to track the issue without having to break the entire car apart.

Any suggestions?

We are having a similar issue where sometimes the radio works sometimes it doesn’t. I was looking at removing and testing the amplifier but now I am worried.

I just lost Volume in my 2019 RC350 with the Standard Lexus "Premium" system, NOT the ML system. I have read a lot about problems with the ML system amplifier but have not seen a lot of information with the Lexus Radio system. I have checked fuses and even disconnected the battery hoping for a "Computer Reset" but no such luck. Anyone had similar issues and what was the fix? Thanks

see what code your amp will give off. Most of the time I've gotten lucky just by pressing and holding the power/vol button as well as remove and re-add my bluetooth
