Has anyone had any issues with the Auto tilt away wheel or foldable mirrors?

Thinking to disable these since the constant use might end up leading to wear/failure and my old IS had these turned off anyway.

I don't follow. If you turn the folding feature off, then the mirrors are always extended. If you use them repeatedly and so frequently that the motors fail, then the mirrors are always extended. You gain nothing by turning them off.
Lexus parts like this are pretty reliable, and as much as many owners set the mirrors to fold in when the engine is turned off, on many cars the folding is cycled several times, and I have not heard of any failures. If this was a weakness or common problem, we would have heard about it by now.
I think you are catastrophizing.

I would also assume most lexus models around this date of production and newer probably have these features on by default too and if its not common to fail as in, not many stories about this, then i wont worry about it.
