Default How to safely remove Pillar A interior trim?

The pillar in the image below on my RC is damaged. I'd like to purchase a replacement but I'm unsure of how to remove the old trim safely. I know there's an airbag here too so I'm trying to be extra cautious here. Does anyone know how to get this off safely?

Sorry, this might be a silly question, but what is the airbag accidental detonation risk when removing this pillart?

Zero, if you disconnect/remove the battery. Better safe than sorry!
