Yes, but you have to have Enform setup first, and then have the car programmed to have the remote do it. Or you can check out my thread on the RC 350 Customization Checklist & Explanations

What you do is get the Carista Pro App, and a Bluetooth ODBII connector and make all the changes you want. I can even roll down the windows with the KeyFob now as well as remote start the car. Sweet .

Yes, you press "lock" 3 times. On the 3rd time, press and hold for about 3 to 5 seconds, then release.

Yes that will work, but only if it has been programmed by the dealer first. If yours works from the start the Dealer already did it for you as it is a Dealer Only programming option. Check my sheet as it lists all the things you can change and the items that only the dealer can do.

Starting the car with FOB doesn't help me as I putt out on #18. The remote app allows the RC to cool down while I wrap up my round. In this Arizona heat it's a great solution.

The fob is a bit faster if you are close, but if you are that close to start with, what's the point of starting it remotely, as it stops when you touch the door handle a minute later? The only use I can think of for starting it with the fob is when the car is out in the cold (heat) at the curb and you are close enough inside the house to fire it up with the fob. Other than that, remote starting from a great distance is a wonderful (what we used to call nifty) feature. Starting your car from the 18th green (or the baggage claim) is just plain great fun.

I too love remote starting the car with the APP. It's even more fun scarring the heck out of people passing by. I do use the roll down the windows feature if I forget to remote start the car beforehand as it will let out all the trapped heat. Remember I live in Phoenix, and the inside can get quite hot in the summer.

So when remote starting, theres no way to keep the car running? If you touch the door handle it shuts off? I installed remote start on my truck and old Integra and the car would shut off only when you press the brake without the key in the ignition. Please tell me this isnt so.

No, it is a safety issue and they will not change it, believe me I've tried. It's not even listed as an option in the list that I wrote about.

That's why we now have warning stickers on hair dryers to not to use it while taking a bath. That's not going to buff out.
