Has anyone had trouble getting the Enform remote to work?

Default Has anyone had trouble getting the Enform remote to work?

Since purchasing my RC last week, I have not been able to get the app to work. I don't know if this problem is limited to the RC or to Lexus as a whole?

I have a 2015 GS F-sport and haven't been able to get it to work. I've called them and they said it is activated but they're not sure why it doesn't work. They are working on it and will call me when they figure it out. I keep getting alerts from the car, but it won't tell me what they are. Status still says pending.

I have not had Enform before, but last weekend I traded in my SC430 for an RC350. Everything seems to be working well other than Enform. I signed up at all the web pages necessary, and even called to enroll. Nevertheless, I kept getting a yellow banner saying that I do not have a valid subscription. I called back, and was transferred to a tech-weenie who said that my subscription enrollment had gotten messed up somehow, and that he was going have it fixed. Upon inquiry, he indicated this might take a few days, but eventually my login should start to work. It's still not working after about 24 hours, so I'll give it a few more days.

I was just informed by Lexus it is a known issue with the RC, they do not know when it will be resolved.

Something to check: If you've signed up through the LER app, double check your Lexus Drivers account info. We've seen some issues where the State doesn't populate correctly, which causes issues. Even if you already have a Lexus Drivers account, just something to double check.

I called from the SOS button in my car and they walked me through and activated it on the spot. That's the route my lexus delivery tech person said it had to be done. Once I did that and Installed the enform app and signed in (with credentials created with the live sos person) I was all set.

The setup was not immediate-my status on the app was pending probably for 12 hours.

Hope that helps! The remote is awesome and since it has been -6 degrees in colorado, it's been awesome when I'm at work to remote start the car.

There is actually two ways to sign up, although we have seen more consistent success doing it via the Safety Connect button (SOS). The other way is the dealer opt-in, where you are emailed an authorization code that is good for 48 hours. I've just started offering to set it up for our guests during delivery using the SOS button. In regards to the setup time, we've seen some that are as quick as 15 minutes, and some as long as 48 hours.

OP, if the problem persists, get in touch with your Tech/delivery specialist. They should know who to contact to get this resolved for you.

I just got another call from Lexus, now they are saying the problem is the app's compatibility with the iPhone 6. The app still says pending. I don't believe they know what is wrong with the app/system or how to fix it. Does anyone have an iPhone with the enform remote app currently working on it?

Perhaps they mean iOS 8. (I'm running 8.1.)
They need to figure this out, but the problem is not the iPhone 6, as most people, even Lexus owners, don't have a 6 (yet).

Mine works just fine with my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1. It only took about 15 minutes for mine to progress past pending

I'm still running iOS 7 on my iPhone 5S and it still says pending. I called the 800 number a few times and they are still trying to figure it out.

Is this your first Lexus you registered with Lexusdrivers.com? If you already had a previous account, did you setup a new account using the info they emailed after your new car?

I don't know if I had an existing account. I have had two previous lexus cars but don't remember if I set up an account. So I created a new account using the PIN the dealer sent me.
