Is The 2007-2013 (2IS Generation) IS 350 Faster Than The 2015 RC 350 F Sport?

Yes. Without getting dramatic, Mercedes and BMW turbo 4 bangers are similar in terms of measured performance.

I have an RC350 loaner while my IS350 (3rd gen) is getting service/warranty work done. I don't mind the more leisurely acceleration, it fits the cars personality (non-AVS/non F-sport model). I'm surprised at how softer the standard suspension is; I would have thought it would have been something more in between the normal/sport+ modes of the AVS suspension.
Also, I had the same complaints about my IS350 when new, but now that it's past the 5000 mile mark, acceleration is noticeably snappier, so hang in there as things will improve.

Not sure about Rc 350 but my 14 is 350 f-sport feels fater than even my last Wrx sti 08. In sport+ and MANUAL mode with traction control off, mine feels effortlessly fast. I dont street race anymore, i'm a little older but men a local guy in a 335i coupe tried me on two occasions and i finnaly caved in. let's just say he won't be messing around with me for a while and i could care less what the magazines say 0-60 times for 335's. i don't even waste my gas on 328's and audi a4 2.0t.-- for some reason these guys really buy into these magazines numbers.
