MSRP of the car the lease deal is on would be helpful.
Just looking at the numbers you provided, it seems really high. This is the special my dealer is offering on a base RC, but your quote seems to be way off even for an F-sport. You should call around.
Really need more info to see if price is high or not, MSRP, final price of car, MF, residual would be helpful. For example a 52K car discounted $1,500, using an MF of .002 and 5K down comes around $550.00 but that's with no taxes, reg and things like that. I did include the acquisition fee in the numbers

This seems really really high to me, thoughts?
I'm located in SoCal if anyone can help
Sounds like what my dealer was advertising as a "SPECIAL" a month ago on a $52k (msrp) F Sport....although their lease was...get this.....only 7500 miles/year!!! Haaaa!!
How much of the $5000 is going towards cap cost reduction? It's probably not that far out of line as that's about what I'm expecting when I do mine in March. Their best money factor rate on the RC is higher than their other models at .0015...
4500 drive off is where i'm at right now 591 a month after taxes.
I need to be at around 550 with taxes for this to make sense. Working with a couple dealers right now to see if I can make it work. Really not interested in paying anything over 550. Car is listed at 52. I'll keep everyone posted.
Still just too new for them to throw out decent numbers.
Are they discounting the car at all for you. Sounds like to me to meet your $550, the MF will have to lowered or put more cash down. Your last statement is correct, the car is too new to get a good deal now

NorCal here. Also looking to lease and keep monthly payments in the $500 range. Let you know what deal they give me. Got a $1,000 rebate from the RC Asphalt Up Event to use in addition for my down payment.
Update: dealer from Coliseum Lexus threw out some numbers: $517 (plus taxes)/month, $2,499 down, 48 months. I told him I have a $1,000 rebate and the length is too long for me (want it only for 24 months). Also, waiting for another dealer at Stevens Creek to give me some numbers. Keep you posted.

Reason: Update
I'am a proud owner of a Black with Red F Sport Fully Loaded, even had the Spoiler that I wanted!
4500 Total Down 499 a month with taxes.
Wow! Congrats, sounds like you got a pretty great deal! Hope I can get to that range! Do you mind sharing the specific numbers...(final price of car, fees, money factor, residual)?
4500 total out of pocket - 12000 miiles a year - 499 tax included - residual was around 33000 after 36 months.
I work dealerships extremely hard and have a couple friends that are gms at lexus. When it came down to the best price even my friends couldn't beat the deal I ended up with haha. He stated in 7 years he wasn't able to beat someones price.

Haven't really negotiated this as I was just there to test drive the car and see if I like it. I'm debating whether I should get an RC or go with the BMW i3 Rex.
As a lexus salesman I will say the leases on the nx and rc are still very high. I leased my rc350 awd fsport and I had to come out of pocket some money and my payment went up from what it was on my IS. Dealers should have no interest in taking a loss on the hottest and newest product we sell. The lease numbers will get better. Maybe by slate spring. Every NX and RC I have sold went for MSRP. So add that with high money factors and there ya go big payments. Also to the question about how cheap your Infiniti payment is compared to a lexus lease the Infiniti will always be cheaper. As in ALWAYS. Other highline dealers inflate the residuals which in result constitutes for a lower payment. Toyota and lexus financial tells you exactly what the residual is at day1. Also our products trade in value will be closer to the residual given at day 1.
I had a Infiniti customer who was in a high packaged G37x lease and Infiniti was going to put him in a IPL that he said had a V8 for basically nothing down for 349 a month. I could even touch that payment with a IS250 awd fsport. Let alone the RC Fsport awd he wanted. Not sure what I'm getting at but, the leases on the RC and NX will be high for awhile. If you want the coolest thing we have ypu have to pay lol
