Went to AFE/Takeda Headquarters out here in SoCal and had them put in an intake. Wanted an intake that is practically sealed when hood is closed and utilizes the radiator air duct to the filter. Sounds amazing. I know people feel like intake is placebo or just for noise but this one i for sure fell a difference in response and power. May be slight, I dont know actual numbers, but it does sound wayyy deeper. I get about 22mpg city and a little over 30mpg highway now. About 3mpg more than before. They said the part number from the GS350 works for the RC if anyone was wondering.
Yes. I can take a picture of the box part number stuff if needed.
Has interior engine roar suffered with the intake? I did alot of reading when I had my 15 IS350 Fsport that adding an intake lowers interior roar as well has having a negative effect on hp

Lowers interior roar? Its so much louder and deeper than stock. And not sure about other stuff you read but i definitely dont feel a LOSS in hp.
Ill get a sound clip up when I can. Although I did put up an exhaust today so you will hear that on top of it.

maybe this and the gs engine is different. and i know that sounded crazy like i said i did research on this forum and some people had documented loss of hp on a dyno.
Yes the part number would be extremely helpful, please post it. I'm finding different year GS350s', and it would help to narrow the correct one down.
Looks great, and I can't wait to hear the sound clip.
Here is the Part number and no there are no Check engine lights on and I didnt need to reset the ECU or anything. The car only had a few hundred miles before the intake was installed. Doubt the computer needed to be reset.
