3M 1080 is a good gloss but scratches easily during install. For your trims, do not use the same wrap...there are soo many cool choices that are specifically made for trims (Less or more expensive). Ask your installer to show you a catalog. I'd just suggest you keep the theme similar.
Im getting my front trim, window trims and rear diffuser in one type of wrap while the roof is in another.

Im going to a really good guy where I live and its costing me 300 for the roof. He actually explained about all the different brands of trim and styles and I saw 100's to choose from.
