A very sad day

Sorry to hear that. Hope it will be fixed properly. Pay special attention to the headlights too. Mine had condensation and they had to replace it too. Check to see if they still use OEM parts now. At least when I had my car repaired, only OEM parts were available.

If you have good insurance or the other party was insured I suggest going to a Lexus certified repair shop. I just dealt with my 14 IS350 getting rear ended. Although the damage was more significant than yours, they had my back and made sure that the insurance company was going to pay top dollar. It took two months to get everything sorted out but they eventually totaled it.
When all was said and I done it didn't pay for a single thing. The Lexus certified repair shop will make sure that it will meet certified standards IF you decide to sell it one day. That's just my opinion! My process helped me get a brand new RC so at least one good thing came out of it. I hope this helps! Best of luck.

That sucks man...I literally feel your pain with cars from my past experiences. Any good body shop or lexus...I just wouldn't take it somewhere cheap to save money. The blue paint is nice....looks like you need new parts too..
Thank god for insurance!
