Traction control and MPG
#2
It really shouldn't have any affect on mpg. What it will affect is tire spin when doing some quick starts or turns.
I took mine off, and was using Sport+ in manual mode when I decided to punch it going around a turn. Not the smartest thing to do because as soon as I nailed the gas peddle in first gear the car slide sideways around the turn. Only way to stop it was take the foot off the gas peddle so I could get her straight again.
Tired the same thing with trac control on, and the only thing that happened now was the trac control light flickered, but I still had 100% control or I should say the car had 100% control.
