2015 RC 350 F Sport White.Rioja Red
MSRP 52,XXX
10k miles/2 years
353 a month and 4k down *Tax and Reg included
Lexus stated my credit was kind of low so I need a bigger down payment. I asked if I could just put MSDs down. Said I got approved without MSD. Total is around 12500 for 2 years. Is this a good deal ?

From what I understand, you can ALWAYS put down MSDs, and in many cases (excepting times when you can get a zero-drive off) you should.
Either way, $4,000 for a two year lease seems crazy (to me).
MSD is great in that it augments the low credit penalty by reducing your interest rate.
So maybe shoot for $1500 down payment and the rest in MSDs (maybe paying more in MSD than $2500?).
Someone else with more experience with the hard numbers can give you more detailed info/suggestions.
But personally I would not bite on that.
