weird noise when I go bumpy/dirty road
Hi guys,
I recently realized that there is a weird noise when I go over bumpy or dirty road.
Now it bothers me so much. I cant really tell where it is coming from( looks like front but not sure)
It is not rattle but some noise I really cant explain.
does anyone have the same experience?

The inner fender wells are made of a Styrofoam like material as opposed to a harder plastic. When you go over the bumps are you in Sport+ mode? If you are try the Normal mode for a softer ride and see if that still happens. If might be that the EVS can't handle so many small bumps in rapid succession on a road. Just guessing at this point.

My 1990 LS 400 w/99 K miles has both rear cv boots.leaking grease but does not generate any detectable noise from there. Do I need to replace the axles as well as the boots ? Will it require a 4 wheel alignment after the replacement ?

If you can recreate the situation every time then I would take it in as it could be a bad Strut or the electronics for the strut is bad and not letting it adjust correctly.

I think I found the issue. The noise was being created under the hood. I had to set very higher position of the circular rub pads that were in under the hood. and make sure the both pad are in the same height. After changing that, I hear no more noise.

For the reference about the the circular rub pads, I am talking about the one with the red highlights.
The picture is not RC but RC has one on each side.
