Default Driver side window and door malfunction

Anyone have this problem? Let me start from the begging. A few weeks ago my GF "claimed" she parked, locked it, went inside her house and was told later her lights were still on. Auto lights did not turn off. I also noticed the left side door courtesy light would have a delay and not turn on immediately once the door opened. Well tonight I drove her car, parked and went to hit memory seat 3 to put the seat all the way back and steering forward and up and nothing. A few seconds pass and the interior light turns off. I also notice the driver side courtesy door light is not on and notice the window didn't move down when I opened the door. I did try and mess with the interior light settings and nothing. I exit the car, lock the door and wait for the headlights to turn off. It took almost a minute and half and finally the lights turned off! After the lights go out, I grab the door handle and unlock the door and the driver side window drops like it's suppose to. Try the memory seat and it's good. Turn on the car and off. Wait the 30 seconds and the headlights turn off as should. This is my first experience with this but my girlfriends umpteenth experience. Has anyone experienced this? I don't know if it's related but we had the windows tinted about 2 weeks after buying it and they supposedly took the door panels off to tint the window. If they did this I'm going to be pissed!!
