To the best that I can describe, eminent white is more of a true white while starfire pearl has kind of a cream hue.
Also, according to this, Eminent White Pearl will be replacing Starfire Pearl for 2016 RC.

I leased a 2015 Starfire RC350. I really like the color personally. It's my second pearl white car I've had- I may be more inclined to buy it after lease since they will discontinue the color.
