I just bought an RC350 and I have tried to use my remote start by pressing the lock button twice and holding it down the third time but nothing happens! Am I doing something wrong? Do all models automatically have the remote start or is this something you have to buy first and add it to your car? How do I know if I even have remote start? Please advise! Thanks! I just set up my Enform but it is in pending status but I was told that you did not have to have the app for the remote start to work!

Congrats on your purchase!
I believe you must enroll and activate your enform account to enable remote start from the FOB permanently.
Call Lexus directly to get an answer as they can also confirm your current status.
