Well it seems the dealer has a sense of humor, i called my service adviser today and said i need to pick up my car because I'm going to a wedding and want to go with my RC. He said they still haven't received the amplifier from Mark Levinson. I said fine ill bring it back tomorrow or Monday. So as i got there, my service adviser pulls me aside and says follow me. He opens the door to the mechanics area and there was my RC with the new amp and a fresh wash.



Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Lexus of Glendale for all your help. Andre is the man. Now she is back home where she belongs.

 

My Mark Levinson amp has been acting up too. I've had it shut off twice while listening to music. I checked the fuses and all were fine. Turning car off and then on gets it going again. I'll have them look at it on my next service.

 

S***, you want to know what I got as a Lexus Loaner? A Dodge Dart! My dealer in Nor-Cal was supposedly all out of Lexus loaners, kind of hard to believe in my opinion. I was very upset at this gesture, especially while being given the whole spiel and lecture of all the great amenities they give there.....FAIL, but then I thought I should be grateful that I was even provided a loaner at the end of the day. I tried to ask for an RC-F, but the Service Advisor just laughed.
