Yes by simple he meant just going with springs, which is what i did. Coilovers are definitely the way to go but are much more expensive. The good thing about coilovers is that you can adjust your ride height and the dampening to suit your needs. You will reduce your body roll with either springs or coilovers, but some people want the ability to adjust so they go with coilovers.
