Removing back black plastic "aerodymanics" comb part??
Has anyone done this?? I think the black comb looking things on the bumper look cheap.. Has anyone removed them and if so do you have pics?? Thoughts on what this would look like?

I believe they pop into small mounting holes, which if you take it out you will have to fill, and paint. You could always stick you hand up behind the rear bumper and see if you can feel for the plugs.

So here is what the bumper looks like if you take all the stuff off.. What would I need to have the body shop do to clean this up and look good?

Thanks for showing us what it look like. That's going to cost some bucks to have that filled in, prepped and painted. Not worth it IMHO.

That's exactly what i thought when i saw the picture, Accord coupe. I particularly like how the "combs" or whatever you guys are calling it look.

The photo of the white RC is most probably Photoshopped to see what the contemplated result would look like. From the photo of the unadorned bumper, surely the cost of such a conversion would be prohibitive, and it's my guess that someone who dislikes that particular flourish to that extent would not have purchased an RC in the first place.
