Default Question about a Lexus Lease

In the ads for the Command Performance Sales Event, Lexus says that they will give you a credit equivalent to your first months payment.

If you look at the above, it appears to me that they're "Charging me" for the 1st months payment, and not giving me a credit. Is this correct or are they really giving me a credit and paying the 1st months payment?

thanks for any help.

The first month credit is never free. It either get divided into the term or they charge you first. Lexus IS sneaky.

The first month payment should be added in the section 8. b. Rebates and non cash credit. That's where my first month of payment get minus from so my total amount paid in cash is 400 dollars less for example.
