Default RC350 Fsport Stereo

I have the stock RC350 stereo with 10 speakers and it sounds like @ss. What would you guys suggest I do to improve the sound without breaking the bank?

kisses B****es!

Have you tried adjusting your sound settings? I personally don't think the stock radio sounds bad with the settings adjusted right.

I had a Bose in my nissan before and it sounded great! Maybe I'm just not use to the lexus?

That may be it. You should've gotten the Mark Levinson in your RC!

Yeah I agree, my sound system sucks, i'll probably upgrade the door speakers soon to some bose or JL's.

The ML stereo is the way to go! I had it in my IS350 and couldn't go back when I upgraded to my RC. The ML package also comes with sound deadening throughout so I haven't experienced any rattling quite yet. Keep that in mind when upgrading your stereo, unless you don't mind the creaks! Good luck!

Been asking myself the same question. With that money you could spend on the ML you could build something that will blow that crap out of the water so I wouldn't have done that. But then I dont want to touch anything factory either lol.

Im actually ok with the High's once you tweak the sound options but the lows/mids are garbage still....I want a sub....theres gotta be a way to retain everything factory and just add speakers/ sub.

You can replace all the speakers, add an amp, and a sub.

Dont want to tear up the car to run lines.... Wish i could just use the factory wires to run a better sub.

What size are the door speakers?

Does anyone have a breakdown of all the speaker sizes that make up the 10 placed in the RC?

That's what I used to ask myself. Get factory stereo and spend money on a system and labor to tear it out. I told myself nah, cough up the ML money and be done with it. Best choice I made so far. I got plenty of compliments and i don't have a big box in the trunk. Although if I did put a box in the trunk, combine with the ML it'll be pretty bad a**.

Getting an ML put in after the fact is just as bad an idea IMO!

Gonna have to live with it untill I hit over 100K and dont mind throwing in a system.

Yeah, Definitely don't do that. Gotta get the ML from the factory or live without it.

I’ve taken my car apart and I cannot find the amp. Can anyone help? And if it’s in the right rear Fender, can you please tell me how to loosen the tie down clips in the trunk?
