At the end of your lease, someone from the leasing company will inspect the car to determine if any charges are due for damage or excess wear and tear. Once you turn the car back over to the leasing company, which owns it, your responsibilities are over, and the leasing company will sell it for whatever it can get on the market. Some lease inspectors are more observant than others, if you get my drift.
Good luck, and quit smoking in the car!
Smoke in bed like everybody else.
Bed is the best spot haha.

youre driving a brand new lexus, not a 2000 honda civic... don't smoke in it bc you will look like trash driving a luxury car smoking weed. not to mention its on a lease, so you need to take really good care of it. obviously, you need to think about the other buyers who will own your car afterwards. i think its best to replace the seat and stop smoking weed in the car.

Search online. I'm not sure how it'll work out on Nuluxe, but I was able to find a touch up dye (technically a paint) that perfectly matched the grey leather interior in my IS.

And I agree with many in this forum, treat your car right! Don't smoke in it.

I read it as "stain greater than the size of a credit card" and any "single cut, tear, or burn." They have an example picture of a burn considered excessive wear next to the blurb, which definitely isn't the size of a credit card.

I compare the burn you are talking about and that looks DEEP. I technically just stained my seats "pore" which isn't as bad as a full blown burn - it could have been worse.

(As for the fix to the mark on the seat, get a colored marker from Staples or from a craft store, and hope the lease inspector does not notice.)
I agree, and I would add that I think the OP should clean the seats (and probably the rest of interior if it looks like the seat in the pic) before trying to cover up the burn. Since the seat appears to be very dirty in the pic he may be able to better match the color if the seat is clean.
