Blacked out chrome on front grille [Obsidian]
#2
looks great! I did this myself on my grille but I wasn't happy with the little details where it wasn't perfect, so i tore it off after a few days. Been thinking of having a pro do it. Mind if I asked what you were charged for it?

I got the same done on mine since i hated the chrome. love it. I paid 400 for door trimming/front grill wrap, roof wrap. and recently got my rear spoiler wrapped as well.

it ends with the ugly chrome just being removed. Just those things need the black which includes emblems. Roof is a no brainer on any car IMO...probably why so many cars come like that stock. I'm not about the spoiler or mirrors or even tinting the tails. Just the chrome out.

I'm still a fan of chrome. But only in the right amounts and locations on the car. I am going with chrome rims on my obsidian RC F and I am leaving the chrome window trim. I like a "little bit" of color/finish variety on my car and not just having everything 1 color.
But as for the grille trim... I do believe that it looks better blacked out rather than chromed.

Lots of different blacks to choose from for that front bumper like you want. I'm gonna match the carbon fiber window trims for my front grill chrome...seems to look really good in person, esp with the sun out and some chemical guys wheel and trim gel applied.
