Brake Calipers color for Infrared exterior

Yea, that's rjmalm's RCF. Last time he posted something, he already changed that bronze wheel into another bronze wheel. lol
My inspiration for the metallic orange caliper is from a Red GTR w/ Bronze Wheels and Orange Calipers. But I already changed my wheels into Platinum. It's a different look but I think it still goes with Candy Red RCF.

My car is going in to my wheel guy Tuesday for powder coating of the calipers (and ceramic brake pads). I'm going with the brembo gold, I'm pretty sure, as red would hardly be visible, and blue is a little girly for me (although it really looks nice). Yellow is for the Ferraris. I might go more with a bronze or copper, but the posts here have convinced me to abandon the idea of red. (He needs the car for two days, by the way - maybe because it's powder coating and not painting, I'm not sure.) Photos and a full report to follow.

For those that don't venture outside the RC forum, here is some inspiration from the GS forum...burnt copper calipers

Hmm...that looks kinda like bronze or a dull gold. The first images of the bright gold Brembo's really looked great with the red IMO but I guess you are ok with this now. Did you end up getting them powder coated?

It's a gold, not a bronze, but not a glossy gold, and they are powder coated. This look is a little less flashy and a bit more elegant than the high-gloss gold shown in the photos above as "Brembo Gold." It goes nicely with the red car and the tan interior. I may put a "Lexus" decal on the fronts, but I'm not sure.

Well all that matters is you like it and I think you should add the decals. I went a different route with high reflective caliper wrap and I think adding the decals made it look a lot better. Over 8 months and nothing is peeling or worn after several washes. Plus they look really cool at night Here's a pic of one of them and you can see the decal through the spokes while I still had the car lifted up.

Here are my Yellow OEM calipers also behind grey wheels. Like your wheels, I like the way the grey makes the caliper "pop".
