Default quad tips

i'm planning to get my muffler delete soon and replace stock tips with a set of quad tips. any suggestion for a 3rd party quad tip? length size?

this is my current option: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1Pair-3-In-D...9XbAlR&vxp=mtr

Those tips look good however the inlet is 3" which is a pretty big jump from the stock pipe. Just make sure your fabricator is okay with that.

So exhaust is pretty new to me, what could I expect to pay to just have the tips swapped out?

I researched different muffler shop around San Diego and call for a price quote just for a muffler delete and weld on the new tip, i was quoted from 80 up to 300. Went on Yelp and checked out all the reviews i ended up going to a shop that was best fit and paid 120 out the door.

@NichyNeato, I had my stock exhaust replaced with a axleback and had it done at LorentZ Muffle shop in lewisville for $80. They did amazing work and let you watch so you can learn, I'm sure they can give you a good rate on the work you need done. I would check it out.

How do you remove just the rectangular tips? Are they bolted on?

If you read the comments to this video the OP says "cut the stock diameter pipes resonator back. Welded wider diameter (3") pipe, deleted mufflers and added custom quad tips. that's it. $160" I think you would be good with 3".
