will this set up mess up my awd?
Hi,
I recently bought new wheels and tires. I bought my tires in discount tires and had them installed it. My set up is this 20x9.5 + 32 front and 20x10.5 +45 for the back. tires for front is 235/35/20 and back is 275/30/20? Discount tires said i might blew my awd as my tires is is not even? is this something i need to be concern about? i did my research and a lot of ppl recommended this set up but they said that tis set up i have might blew my awd as i am running staggered...true? any comment or i need to worry about? i just drove this for like 20 miles so far and no error yet in the dashboard but i want to be safe first. thanks guys

By math:
235/35/20 is 26.48" tall
275/30/20 is 26.50" tall
Difference: .000755, or .0755% (less than 1/10th of a percent).
My guess? Probably safe. Run 2 lbs. more in the front tire (or less in the rear) to pick up the inflated height a scootch.
What I would do: try to find any stock OEM staggered AWD, get the sizes, and if they're at or lower than above you're safe.
Note: some trucks use completely different axle assemblies front vs. rear (Dana 60 and 70 etc.), with different (only close) axle ratios and the same size tires, the difference is more than yours.

I have been running RCF wheels on my all-wheel-drive for the last 20,000 miles.
It is a staggered set up but not sure of the tire size offhand.
Tires came from Tire Rack and they are Continentals. Fronts where shaved to get the diameter close to the back, I do know they weren't exactly the same diameter when they were installed. I've never had any problems at all.
