Headlights, Is this normal?

I've seen the low beams shining a rainbow right at the bottom of the light pattern cutoff.

any clue what that is?

Projectors not the TRI-LED version?

I have the projects, adjusted since the car was lowered and have no idea what this could be...do you have pics? Have you done any modifications to the lights or been in any accidents?
