Default 2018 v 2015

So, I am thinking of upgrading my 2015 RC350f sport to the current 2018 model.
What are the improvements made on the newest?

Do you have seat cooling problem with your current 2015? Hot air at the shoulder blades after parking outside? If so, then they finally fixed it for the 2018 model.

I have the 2015 one and has the seat cooling problem...

I'm not sure about all the improvements inside the car, but I think the NAV screen is bigger.
From the dealer's point of view, the biggest improvement is the new, bigger and better, higher price.

Didn't realize there was a seat cooling problem..but I've always thought it didn't cool well enough.

Thanks!

Yea, I heard the screen was bigger. Waiting for my dealer to let me know when the car comes in so I can check it out.
I heard the atomic silver is hot..that's what's coming in - with the red interior.

I've always hated my white car..just bec it always seemed dirty. I'm a neat freak..

What are the improvements made on the newest?

From Car and Driver: https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...h-model-review

What’s New for 2018?

While the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder is still available for 2018, the RC200t name is dropped, and that model now shares the name RC300 with the V-6–equipped all-wheel-drive model. Both the V-6–powered RC300 and the RC350 get a five-horsepower boost to 260 and 311, respectively. F Sport trims now offer a customizable drive mode, and a new color—Flare Yellow—replaces last year’s orange-hued Molten Pearl. The RC’s Enform infotainment suite sees a number of upgrades, including a larger 10.3-inch display for models equipped with navigation, a new onboard Wi-Fi hotspot, and improved voice recognition. Lexus also has made its suite of active safety features standard on every RC, which includes automated emergency braking, lane-departure warning, automatic high-beam headlamps, and adaptive cruise control.

What Was New for 2017?

The RC entered the 2017 model year with only a few updates, which were mostly cosmetic: updated 18- and 19-inch wheel designs, a new grille finished in metallic black paint, and the addition of an exterior color, Caviar. Inside, Lexus added an app called Scout GPS Link to cars without the optional in-dash navigation system. The app allows compatible smartphones to project turn-by-turn driving directions to the dashtop infotainment screen.

our 2017 200t has this issue. cool(ish) air coming out of the seat bottom but feels like hot air coming out of the seat back. I thought I was crazy...

The major improvements are the Gen10 navigation interface, revised second gen RTI (touchpad), and the addition of LSS+ (PCS, DRCC, LDA, AHB).
